It’s been 8 years, and I can still smell the fresh paint. The China had never been used.
Just kidding, this isn’t Titanic, it’s advertising and that smell wasn’t paint- it was New York City. My story starts right around the time I realized that I wasn’t going to be an Olympic equestrian. With that dream out the door I focused on my other passion- creativity, on the historic Madison Avenue.
Advertising to me was always more than a TV ad that gave you all the feels, it was people. Understanding the art of people and how they behave, consume media, think, and act on a daily basis is fascinating to me. Maybe that’s why people watching is one of my favorite past times.
As an Account Director at 451, my role is much more complex than my predecessors on Madison Avenue. I am a partner to clients and a champion of my agency peers. I’m a collaborator, solutions provider, and creative thinker. I believe that a good idea can come from anywhere if you stop and look around once in a while, otherwise you could miss it.
When I’m not working, I can be found making bad movie references, free diving with whales, or listening to 90’s Hip Hop classics. Sometimes all at once.
