I believe client calls should include laughs, work should be fun, and my coworkers should double as great friends which makes Agency 451 the perfect place for me.
Every day I come to work and my number one priority is to make sure my clients are happy, this is the most important role, out of many, as an Account Manager at 451. Luckily for me, this is much easier given the fact that I love my clients. Internally, my role is making sure my teams are delivering everything to the clients, up to 451’s standards and on time. This process has allowed me to prepare for a potential role as a nagging wife flawlessly.
Before 451, I worked at an insurance agency doing everything from writing blog content to analyzing leads reports. When I first started at 451 I focused on SEO, worked on PPC accounts, ran social media ads, and even assisted on some social media content calendars. The same way that I entered Bryant University as a business student and graduated a Communication major – I always find myself focused on my favorite aspect of life, people.
When I’m not at work I can be found spending a Sunday at my parent’s house in Middleton with my family or enjoying all that Boston has to offer with my friends that feel like family. I love bad Bravo TV shows, but also enjoy nothing more than taking in a Bruins game at TD Garden. I have notoriously bad knowledge of movies and love a good, old-fashioned greatest hits CD, yes a CD.
