Program Overview

Our internship program is designed to offer interns a hands on learning experience by providing them with maximum exposure to the day-to-day business of an integrated marketing agency. Interns are assigned to work in one of the agency’s many departments.

Throughout the program, interns also have the opportunity to attend seminars that offer them exposure to other areas of the agency beyond their assigned departments. Agency 451 is dedicated to hiring a diverse group of outstanding talent with a passion for our business. We look for people with smarts, a strong work ethic, a collaborative spirit, superior communication skills, and leadership potential.

Non-Profit Intern Projects

We know that to be truly successful we must support and give back to the communities in which we live and work. As a part of our ongoing commitment to giving back, each semester our interns are collectively partnered up with a non-profit to help with their marketing goals. All interns work together in delivering a comprehensive marketing plan to the non-profit client at the end of each semester in a form of a presentation. This program was crafted to ensure that interns received not only a solid educational experience, but also familiarity working with a real life client that they can learn from to boost career development and experience. Partners have included Special Olympics, Interise, BINA Farm Center, Jane Doe Inc., and The Old North Foundation.
